Founded in 1984, BAY ROOFING has proudly served Northern Ontario for more than 36 years. With new ownership in 2015, the company serves customers from locations in North Bay and Sudbury Ontario.
Having built its reputation on roofing, BAY ROOFING has added exterior services due to customer demands.
This way, customers only have to deal with a single contractor for all its roofing and exterior needs.
We offer eavestroughing, soffit/fascia, siding, and window cladding, plus exterior insulation in addition to roofing services for residential and commercial customers.
BAY ROOFING continues to provide the same excellent service past customers have experienced.
With our attention to detail, qualified installers, modern business practices, and focus on client satisfaction, customers are assured of quality workmanship and the product they expect.
Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd. is recognized as the only credentialed Roofmart IKO Premier Contractor in Northern Ontario.

At an annual conference in 2022 held is Ocho Rios, Jamaica by IKO Industries, Mark Weckwerth, President of Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd. was presented with Contractor if the Year-Canada East. The company also won a second Peak Performance-Canada award for most Dynasty premium shingles purchased.
